Meditative Exercise to Break Through

Sometimes thinking about something and wanting to do
things differently just aren’t enough. I have designed an
exercise to help you to shift out of your old way of thinking
about someone important in your life who you feel controversial
about to a new way and new experience of them.
This can be done in as little as 5 to 10
minutes, and can be repeated as often as you feel the need.
Each time you listen to this exercise, you will find
yourself shifting a bit more in relation to the person you are
envisioning in your mind’s eye.
I have recorded a 7 minute exercise which
assists you in your quest for growth, and for having a new
experience with someone who exists in your life, whether it be
your partner, parent, child, former relationship, or friend.
Allow yourself the opportunity to see them with different eyes
so a new image can occur within you. This new image has the
power to be transformational. Give it a try, and see what
