The T-Zone
Recently I attended a workshop in which I
was introduced to the T-Zone machine. It was developed by
Russian Astronauts in order to maintain bone mineralization and
muscle mass while in space for extended periods of time.
For those who don’t know me, I am not a machine person. I
am a hands on person, and not so attracted to all the gimmicks
and gadgets out there. I was instantly taken by this machine,
read more about it, and decided I had to have it for myself, and
for my clients!
I am so excited about it; I have to share
it with you. I personally have been using it for the last 6
weeks. It only takes 10 minutes a day, and I find it to be a
very meditative time.
Already I am experiencing dramatic results.
The tone in my body is increasing, the range of motion I
have in my spine in rotation and bending is quite noticeable,
and I am able to do things on my right leg I haven’t been able
to do for 14 years.
I had a hip dislocation 14 years ago which
dramatically changed my physical life: no more running, jumping,
high kicking, and other activities. I already can maintain
weight on my right leg in ways I hadn’t been able to for years.
